BizBang provides a platform for creating, managing, and executing automated workflows powered by artificial intelligence. The service includes project management, agent configuration, execution monitoring, and cost tracking capabilities.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
BizBang utilizes artificial intelligence to generate content and execute workflows. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated content before relying upon it or sharing it with third parties. BizBang makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated outputs for your specific use case.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to content you create within BizBang. However, you grant BizBang a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.
BizBang and its logo are trademarks of BizBang, Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Payment Terms
Pricing and billing are based on your selected plan and usage. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and charges.
Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle. Refunds are not available except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Data Privacy
Our privacy policy, incorporated herein by reference, governs our collection and use of your personal data. By using BizBang, you consent to our data practices as described in our privacy policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you process through BizBang complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizBang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. BizBang may terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked immediately. We may retain your data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
